Our Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
Buffie’s calendar is currently booked out 1-2 months in advance. When an appointment is made, 1 hours has been blocked off for each client and others have been turned away. Canceling or rescheduling within 10 days may not allow Buffie sufficient time to find someone else to fill in the slot, resulting in forfeiture of monies paid. Please review your schedule thoroughly before booking an appointment.

Our policy to book an appointment with Buffie is as follows:
There is a $250 fee for a business consultation with her. She will answer all of your questions during the call, meeting, or ZOOM. We recommend that you have your list of questions ready for your meeting.
After your $250 fee has been paid, the team will send you questionnaires which has to be completed first, before you can select your desired appointment date and time.
TARDINESS: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time as appointments are taken back to back. If you arrive 30 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and your consultation fee will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, another deposit will be taken in order to hold your slot. For ZOOM and Conference Calls, please be on time. After 10 minutes, if you have not joined the call, you risk the forfeiture of your consultation fee and will need to pay another consultation fee for a new appointment. Please keep in mind that there might be some unforeseen circumstances beyond Buffie’s control, which can potentially result in appointment cancellation and your consultation fee will be refunded, or a new appointment will be scheduled, free of charge.
